Maintenance Technician
Viking Restaurants – a Burger King Franchise operating in MN, ND, SD
We are seeking a maintenance technician to help maintain and repair equipment across seven Burger King restaurants.
Responsibilities- Perform facility preventative maintenance.
- Repair equipment and conduct preventative maintenance.
- Assist with planned routine maintenance for 7 restaurants.
- Operate company‑provided tools and maintenance equipment.
- Climb stairs and ladders; lift up to 50 lbs.
Typical schedule includes Monday–Friday days, on‑call shifts, nights, weekends, with possible overtime.
Requirements- Must be 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to drive to various locations with company‑provided truck/van.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must pass post‑offer background check, including motor vehicle check.
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladders.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Refrigeration HVAC.
- Mechanical/electrical.
- Diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
Could be based in any of the listed locations, including Brainerd and Alexandria.
Wage and BenefitsWage ranges from $20 to $30 per hour depending on experience. Overtime typically required.
