Responsibilities
- Performs installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment at customer sites
- Troubleshoots and resolves electrical issues using schematics, diagrams, and testing equipment
- Follows standard operating procedures and safety guidelines and established procedures to complete assigned work
- Maintains accurate records of service activities, parts used, and customer interactions
- Communicates with customers to provide updates and technical support during service visits
- Maintains tools, equipment, and assigned company assets
- Participates in training to stay current with new technologies and products
- Adheres to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Maintains a high level of professionalism with internal and external customers
- Assists with inventory management and preparation of service materials
- Assists in commissioning and testing of new equipment installations
- Collaborates with other technicians and engineers to resolve service issues
- Supports continuous improvement efforts in field service operations
