Martin Marietta is currently looking for a motivated CDL Mechanic/Lube Tech to join our team. The individual hired into this position would be responsible for performing mechanical repairs on diesel‑powered mobile equipment including troubleshooting and repairs of heavy equipment, rebuilds, removal, and installation of mechanical parts, and preventative maintenance on all types of diesel‑powered equipment. This will be located at our Woodbine Quarry in Chapman, KS.

• Ability to work safely at all times
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant mobile equipment including CAT, Komatsu and Volvo quarry/construction equipment and diesel engines
• Mechanically inclined on a wide variety of hand tools and power tools
• Weld, cut and perform minor fabrication on plant or mobile equipment
• Other duties as assigned

• HS Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 5 years of experience with CAT, Komatsu and Volvo quarry/construction equipment and diesel engine repairs
• Certification from a trade school is preferred
• A CDL and a clean driving record
• Must have a valid driver's license

This is a full‑time position that regularly requires 40+ hours per week in a surface mine setting. This role frequently operates heavy equipment.
