Main Missions:

• Respond to client requests for corrective or preventive maintenance on site
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve anomalies on client installations
• Ensure the operational conditions of client installations
• Control and ensure the proper functioning of technical works
• Report on interventions carried out through internal tools
• Ensure the programming, integration, configuration, delivery, and installation of audiovisual and multimedia equipment
• Identify development opportunities with clients
• Configure audiovisual and multimedia equipment
• Diagnose anomalies and resolve malfunctions
• Ensure technological surveillance on the evolution of installed products
• Manage the return of defective equipment in after-sales service
• Respect company procedures and use internal company tools
• Observe the rules of safety

Profile:

Graduated from a BTS audiovisual or IT training

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an audiovisual technician or IT support

Experience in an audiovisual environment would be ideal

Technical skills

Knowledge of unified communication technologies (TEAMS)

Knowledge of technologies related to meeting rooms (Visio, HDMI etc.)
