• Work on commercial, industrial, residential, and multi‑level structures.
• Perform carpentry work, including cutting, shaping, leveling, and fastening building materials.
• Anticipate and report shortages of formwork and other materials.
• Use carpentry tools and instruments to shoot grades and lines; cut and shape building materials using hand and power tools.
• Operate measuring and marking equipment.
• Review blueprints, shop drawings, and project plans detailing dimensions and material specifications.
• Construct and install temporary support structures such as scaffolding, forms for concrete foundations, and pre‑engineered structural systems.
• Maintain tools and equipment in clean, safe, and working order; recognize and report job‑site hazards and defects.

• Previous related experience.
• Ability to recognize and erect different types of formwork with an understanding of concrete placement processes.
• Proficiency with appropriate hand tools.

• CDL license and medical card to operate and transport tools and equipment to project sites.
