Maintenance Agent

Under the authority of the building maintenance team leader, the agent must ensure the maintenance and monitoring of electrical installations and equipment. Control and ensure the maintenance and care of equipment within their specialty. Diagnose faults or detect malfunctions in installations and inform the hierarchy. Ensure the safety of installations. Repair and restore normal service to a common installation. Perform maintenance and care of electrical equipment and installations.

Carry out preventive maintenance and care of electrical equipment and installations in accordance with defined ranges. Clean and maintain electrical tools and equipment provided. Carry out installation and carry out work. Carry out electrical work. Carry out work to bring into compliance and modifications and update corresponding electrical diagrams. Monitor the technical reserves of control offices. Carry out additional missions related to the position.

Show versatility by intervening in different maintenance work of buildings if necessary and in support of various trades. Ensure the security of the road (salting, snow removal, mowing, etc.). Participate in logistics operations for communal events (handling of fittings, installation of tents or marquees, etc.)

Driving license B required. Ability to carry out common work related to the maintenance of buildings and equipment in the field of electricity. Ability to work independently. Analyze a situation and propose the most appropriate technical solution. Know the handling techniques and hygiene and safety rules related to the use of various technical equipment.
