Agricultural Equipment Rebuild Mechanic

Help Keep Farmers Running Do you enjoy rebuilding machinery and solving mechanical challenges? Join our team and restore hydraulic and drivetrain components for John Deere and Case IH tractors and combines. If you're mechanically inclined and take pride in quality workmanship, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do Disassemble, clean, inspect, and rebuild hydraulic and drivetrain components

Rebuild hydraulic pumps, PTO units, transmissions, steering components, and final drives

Test hydraulic pumps for pressure and leaks

Read and follow assembly instructions and schematics

Maintain inventory of parts and components

Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Follow all safety and quality standards

What We're Looking For1–2 years of mechanical experience preferred

Agricultural, diesel, automotive, or heavy equipment experience is a plus Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and stand for extended periods

Willingness to learn, work as a team, and take pride in quality work

Must be at least 18 years old and provide basic hand tools
