We're hiring a Refrigerated Container Technician to diagnose, repair, maintain, and perform pre-trip inspections on Thermo King and Carrier refrigerated containers and gensets.
What You'll Do:- Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Perform pre-trip inspections and preventative maintenance
- Service Thermo King, Carrier, and genset equipment
- Maintain repair records and work from computer-generated work orders
- Partner with operations teams to ensure containers are shipment-ready
- Experience working on refrigerated containers, reefer units, transportation refrigeration, or similar equipment
- Strong knowledge of Thermo King and/or Carrier systems
- Ability to diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain forklift certification
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- HVAC or Refrigeration Certification
- Experience with refrigerated container repair and maintenance
- Knowledge of safety and environmental compliance standards
