ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Essential Functions include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Procures used parts from inventory for delivery to customer.
Troubleshoot used parts problems; make recommendations on switch out of parts and recommend substitutions
Catalog and enter used parts inventory in software
Identifies and locates used parts by make and model.
Organization of parts and used parts warehouse
Follows all safety rules and regulations; keeps work environment clean and free of hazards.
QUALIFICATIONS AND CAPABILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, competency, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Technical2-4 years mechanical experience preferred
Computer knowledge is sufficient to access inventory.
Good time management skills.
Ability to successfully complete in-house forklift training/certification
Must pass a pre-employment physical.
Must be at least 18 years of age Physical
Ability to frequently lift, carry, bend, stoop, and/or reach. Ability to exert 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently (Level 4 Heavy Work).Ability to stand for long periods in time.
Finger, hand, and wrist dexterity sufficient to manipulate hand tools and powered equipment.
Ability to receive and comprehend visual and/or audio communication.
Other Effective communication/comprehension skills-verbal and written.
Self-motivated and goal oriented.
Able to work alone or with minimal supervision.
USE OF TOOLS, MACHINARY, AND EQUIPMENT:
Standard use of office equipment, hand held radios, cell phone and fax machine. Hand and power tools. Must have own tools.
