- Diploma or professional title in assistance to elderly people
- And/or verifiable experience of at least 3 years in assistance to dependent persons
- Ability to adapt to various work contexts, expectations and habits
- Politeness, courtesy, punctuality, professional discretion
- Good listening skills
- Ability to take initiatives
- Ability to work independently
- Cleanliness and correct presentation Possibility to complete your working time with our partners in replacement or regular: daycares, leisure centers, schools, babysitting in the evening, etc.

Home caregiver (H/F) in Schaffhouse-près-Seltz The mission

Your role will be to accompany the person assisted in daily gestures:

- Help with getting up and going to bed
- Help with toileting
- Help with meal preparation
- Arm support
- Memory and stimulation activities
- Home maintenance (common household chores) - Shopping You transmit any useful information to the Solutia manager about the situation of the person taken care of. Work possible from Monday to Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Regular availability is necessary. Depending on your skills, you can complete your hours with childcare and/or cleaning and ironing services. The conditions - A part-time CDI that can evolve towards a full-time (possibility to complete your hours with childcare and/or cleaning/ironing services).

- Driver's license B + vehicle desired
- Professional references required

- Regular training in our working methods, first aid

- Possibility to animate training on techniques of home maintenance for other employees
