Animator For Childhood And Youth

Ensure the physical, emotional, and moral safety of the children hosted; contribute to the education, socialization, and development of the children entrusted, following the orientations of the establishment project; guarantee the proper functioning of the stay, in accordance with the educational and pedagogical projects of the structure; respond to the requirements of a public service. Hosts a group of children; designs, proposes, and implements activities of animation and leisure within the framework of the educational project of the service.

Technical activities: participates in the elaboration of the pedagogical project; animates activities and accompanies the audiences received.

plans animation times respecting the rhythms of the audiences; respects the capacities, expression, and creativity of the individual; listens and knows how to dialogue with the public; impels and animates the group dynamic; adapts to the social and cultural diversity of the young; identifies young people in difficulty and reports the situation to the responsible person of the structure; sensitizes children and young people to respect the environment.

KNOWLEDGE: socio-professional knowledge; missions, educational projects, structuring of the service and shared values of animation; network of socio-educational partners; pedagogical knowledge related to the audience; methodology of construction of a cycle of activities; material and technical conditions of projects and activities; rhythm of the child and the adolescent; awakening, sports, cultural, artistic activities; techniques of animation and supervision. GENERAL KNOWLEDGE: local geographical, socio-economic, and cultural context;

territorial public service and local authorities; orientations and organization of the local authority.

Art. L332-14 of the general code of public service - A contractual employee may be recruited on this position in the waiting of recruitment of a civil servant. The proposed contract cannot exceed one year, renewable up to a total duration of 2 years.
