Valley Hope of Moundridge, located just north of Wichita, is seeking a Case Manager to join our dedicated team in a residential addiction treatment setting. The role supports continuing care planning, resources coordination, and patient education to foster recovery.
Requires 1+ year in healthcare or similar roles and CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days). Bachelor’s or graduate degree in behavioral sciences, education, or social work preferred; CM certification is a plus.
