In this role, you will contribute directly to the development and scaling of innovative digital solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises. You will work in an international environment, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and help shape a fast-growing organization from its early stages. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken and confident and professional use of Microsoft products, in particular Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• 5+ years of experience in system integration and interfaces
• Strong expertise in API design and management (REST, SOAP)
• Experience with middleware platforms and integration frameworks
• Proven ability to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of integration solutions
• Knowledge of data mapping, transformation, and ETL processes
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices

• Experience with message queues and event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Familiarity with cloud integration services (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Knowledge of security and access control in integration contexts
• Experience with migration support and legacy system integration
