Senior Frontend Software Developer; Flutter

Position Summary: In this role, you will contribute directly to the development and scaling of innovative digital solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises. You will work in an international environment, collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, and help shape a fast‑growing organization from its early stages. • Define and implement frontend architecture for ERP Next Gen modules
• Optimize performance and scalability of Flutter applications
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Collaborate with backend teams on API contract discussions
• Ensure a high level of quality, customer focus, and scalability in all deliverables
• Actively contribute ideas and take ownership for initiatives and outcomes
• Support the growth and professional development of colleagues through collaboration and knowledge sharing

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Confident and professional use of Microsoft products, in particular Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• 4+ years Flutter / mobile experience
• Strong architecture understanding
• Clean Architecture, separation of concerns
• Performance optimization
• Code reviews and mentoring
• API contract discussions with backend

• Cross‑platform experience (Web, iOS, Android)
• Automated testing
• CI/CD exposure
• UX awareness
