Position Summary In this role, you will contribute directly to the development and scaling of innovative digital solutions for small and medium‑sized enterprises. • Define and implement backend architecture for ERP Next Gen services
• Optimize PostgreSQL performance and ensure data integrity
• Ensure concurrency and scalability of backend systems
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Implement error handling, logging, and observability practices
• Collaborate closely with frontend, QA, and product teams
• Actively contribute ideas and take ownership for initiatives and outcomes
• Act in alignment with company values and contribute to a respectful and performance‑oriented culture

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• 4+ years backend experience, strong Go focus
• API and service architecture
• PostgreSQL performance awareness
