Dry Van Truck Driver Job Overview
- Strong weekly pay you can count on. Drivers average $1,300 per week. Start with a $20-$26 base rate (depending on location), plus an additional $1/hour in safety and performance bonuses.
- Home daily, every day. Run local dry van routes and sleep in your own bed nightly-no long stretches away from home.

- Local lanes, familiar roads. Operate within a 250-mile radius of Davenport & Dubuque, IA.
