• Standing – most tasks performed from a standing position; walking surfaces include ceramic tile/linoleum; height of work surfaces 36"‑48"
• Walking – short distances for short durations between store, vehicle and customer locations
• Sitting – paperwork typically completed at a desk or table
• Lifting – bulk product deliveries unloaded by hand truck; cases up to 50 lb and 3 × 1.5 ft; cases stacked onto shelves up to 72 in high
• Carrying – large cans, pizza sauce, trays of dough (approximately 12 lb per tray)
• Pushing – trays on dollies (24"‑30") require force up to 7.5 lb; trays may also be pulled
• Climbing – occasional stairs or ladders; during delivery may navigate five or more flights of stairs
• Stooping/Bending – forward bending at waist at pizza assembly station and front counter; duration 30‑45 s repeatedly
• Crouching/Squatting – performed occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas
• Reaching – continuous up, down, forward; up to 72 in for oven controls, sign changes; down for scooping, washing dishes; forward for topping ingredients, cleaning surfaces, answering phones
• Driving – deliver pizzas within designated delivery area; multiple deliveries per shift; require valid driver’s license with safe record, insured vehicle; maintain cost controls, inventory control, cash control, customer relations; adhere to policies and procedures
• Hand Tasks – continuous eye‑hand coordination; use of forearms and wrists; manipulate pizza peel, rolling cutter, assemble pizza boxes; grasp cans, phone, cutter, peel, boxes
• Machines, Tools, Equipment, Work Aids – pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, peel

• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards
• Access to an insured vehicle available for delivery
• Follow all company policy and procedures 100 % of the time and expect the same from crew
