Colby Route Driver

Position: Full Time CDL Driver (Day Shift) – Road Warrior

Location: Colby, KS 67701 (Daily start & end in Colby)

Salary: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour

Travel: Road Warrior – routes within and around the area; no scheduled weekend routes.

• Pickup and deliver packed trailers on assigned routes, typically starting around 4 a.m. and ending between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.
• Build loads at each stop with attention to detail, including scanning delivery tickets and coordinating customer placement.
• Obtain required signatures and develop positive relationships with repeat customers.

• 18 years old or older.
• Current CDL or ability to obtain a CDL within three months.
• Good driving record.

• Regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.

• Immediate:
  Paid holidays.
• 30 days:
  Discounted product rates.
• 60 days:
  Eligibility for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; 2 PTO days.
• 90 days:
  Ability to contribute to 401(k) plan.
• 180 days: 2 PTO days.
• 1 year: 401(k) match eligibility, 8 PTO days, short‑term disability.

• $1,500 new hire driver sign‑on bonus.
• Quarterly bonuses available (eligible after obtaining a CDL and working the whole quarter).
• Additional incentive: $200 at 3 months, $300 at 6 months, $500 at 12 months, and $500 at 18 months (if pre‑CDL, bonus clock starts on CDL acquisition date).

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable about route deliveries and customer service.
