Job Overview

Universal Logistics is a leading provider of customized transportation and logistics solutions. We are a tier 1 supplier for General Motors located in Ft. Wayne. We have immediate career opportunities for local vehicle driver positions.

• Drive a tractor‑trailer on local routes, including Lansing, Dayton, Saginaw, Cincinnati, and other nearby cities.
• Maintain a safe and efficient daily schedule, beginning at 16:30.
• Perform routine inspections, documentation, and vehicle maintenance as required.

• CDL Class A license.
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable tractor‑trailer experience.
• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Applicants without experience may apply for our training program (must have a CDL Class A and a school certificate showing at least 120 hours completed).

Full‑time position. Starting pay is $26.00 per hour. Time and a half begins after 40 hours. Annual pay increases and the top pay rate are achieved after 3 years.
