Warehouse Manager

Job Location:

Ames, KS 66901

• Inventory management of all products in the warehouse, including daily and monthly counts of all products and accounting for variances.
• Accurate and timely movement of products in and out of the warehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse in a professional manner.
• All documentation of product deliveries, transfers and returns into the warehouse documented immediately in a detailed and accurate manner within Granger.
• Working knowledge of proper placarding of materials within the warehouse and for transport.
• Proper labelling followed per product labels.
• Unloading and loading of all trucks.
• Loading Chemical from tank to totes.
• Inspection of incoming and outgoing totes.
• Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization.

• Leading other warehouse personnel and hold them accountable for their actions within the warehouse.

• Basic math skills.
• Computer skills.
• Climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work in hot and cold environment.
• Must be able to attain a forklift license.
• Must be able to have a flexible schedule;
  Weekend work will be required.

• Must have prior managerial experience within a warehouse in a setting.

• Proper knowledge of all products within the warehouse and their purposes.
• Legal consequences for labelling of products.
