Your Opportunity as an ICQA Supervisor
The Inventory Control Quality Assurance Supervisor will play a vital role in overseeing the management and accuracy of our inventory. Key responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, ensuring proper storage practices, developing and implementing inventory control procedures and quality assurance protocols, conducting audits, monitoring shelf‑life requirements, supervising a team dedicated to inventory control and quality assurance, ensuring compliance with product specifications, industry guidelines such as GMPs, and regulatory demands.
The supervisor will identify and address quality issues proactively, conduct investigations to determine root causes, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Collaboration with other departments ensures accurate inventory data and prompt product delivery.

Work Arrangements100% on-site. Split shift: approximately 12pm‑10pm Tuesday‑Friday. Flexibility required. Willingness to work off shift (including nights, weekends, and/or holidays) and flow to the work as needed.
In this Role You Will- Manage all inventory and quality functions.
- Manage inventory control team members – conduct onboarding, training, performance feedback and coaching.
- Perform inventory audits.
- Maintain quality assurance standards to meet evolving industry quality requirements.
- Responsible for inventory accuracy goal attainment.
- Possess overall accountability for warehouse inventory and quality reports.
- Create and maintain effective working relationships with cross‑functional teams.
- Resolve problems and conflicts directly with supervisors and peers.
- Consult with managers, supervisors and peers to provide solutions affecting safety, quality, cost, delivery, and service.
- Serve as a liaison with internal and external parties on inventory and quality matters.
- Commit to proactive improvement and optimization.
- Maximize performance of the site warehouse management system.
- Identify opportunities for employee growth.
- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safe work practices.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and teamwork in meeting goals and objectives.

- Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2+ years of comprehensive supply chain management experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing inventory within distribution logistics, preferably in a 24x7x365 environment.
- Demonstrated planning, organizational, and analytical skills; ability to partner and communicate with all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, warehouse management systems, and database systems.
- Proven ability to multi‑task and set priorities based on business requirements.
- Effective written and verbal communication in English.
- 3+ years of leadership experience preferred.
- Experience in Blue Yonder, Oracle and IMI systems is a plus.
- Food distribution experience.
Regularly required to talk and hear; frequently required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms; occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; able to lift objects up to 50 pounds frequently; may push and pull heavy objects. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
