HYER Boots is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Warehouse Support Associate to support our on-site warehouse operations with our 3PL partner. This role helps ensure HYER product is received, processed, inspected, labeled, and handled accurately. The Warehouse Support Associate will support inbound shipments, returns, exchanges, product organization, and day-to-day warehouse coordination. This is a hands-on, part-time role based at the warehouse approximately three days per week.

Inbound & Receiving

• Support inbound shipments by checking product counts, labeling, condition, and warehouse confirmations.
• Help track inbound deliveries and report discrepancies, damages, or delays.
• Confirm inbound shipments are organized and processed accurately.
• Assist with communication between HYER, freight partners, and the warehouse team as needed.

Returns & Exchanges

• Inspect returned and exchanged product.
• Support repacking, relabeling, and organizing returned inventory.
• Work with the Warehouse Manager and CX team to document return status and product condition.
• Identify recurring defects, damages, or packaging issues and report them to the Warehouse Manager.

Warehouse Support

• Assist with product organization, labeling, light repacking, and general warehouse tasks.
• Support issue resolution related to inbound shipments, returns, exchanges, and inventory handling.
• Help ensure HYER product is handled according to company standards.
• Act as an on-site support contact for HYER during scheduled warehouse days.

Reporting & Communication

• Maintain simple logs for inbound activity, returns, damages, and open issues.
• Provide clear updates to the Warehouse Manager on warehouse activity and any issues found.
• Escalate discrepancies, delays, damages, or recurring problems quickly.
• Support basic reporting as needed.

• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory, logistics, retail operations, or related work preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
• Reliable, organized, and proactive.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to lift, move, inspect, and organize product as needed.
• Comfortable using basic spreadsheets, email, and operational systems.

• Inbound shipments are checked and issues are caught early.
• Returns and exchanges are inspected and processed accurately.
• Warehouse issues are clearly communicated and escalated.
• HYER product is organized, labeled, and handled properly.
• The Warehouse Manager has better visibility into daily warehouse activity.
• The warehouse operation runs smoother because of consistent on-site support.
