Location Seed Coordinator

Mid Kansas Cooperative is seeking a Location Seed Coordinator to manage seed inventory, treatment, and distribution for our Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing department. This role supports agronomy teams and local producers by coordinating seed orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring timely, safe delivery to the field. The Coordinator will monitor product quality, operate seed handling equipment, and assist with warehouse organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track seed inventory levels, movements, and documentation
• Coordinate seed orders, staging, and distribution to support agronomy operations
• Operate seed handling, treating, and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and product labeling
• Monitor seed quality, lot integrity, and proper storage conditions
• Enter and reconcile inventory data in cooperative systems and spreadsheets
• Communicate with agronomists, location staff, and producers on seed needs and timing
• Follow all MKC safety policies, procedures, and compliance standards
• Assist with seasonal agronomy and logistics support as needed
• Support MKC's customer-focused, team-based culture in serving local producers
