- Lead day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely execution.
- Support shipping, receiving, inventory control, returns, damages, maintenance, and administrative activities.
- Coach, develop, and engage supervisors and associates through regular communication, training, and performance feedback.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity, improve quality, reduce waste, and control costs.
- Support programs related to training, safety, housekeeping, quality, cost reduction, security, and associate involvement.
- Help maintain equipment, powered industrial trucks, fleet, and facility standards.
- Lead by example and foster a respectful, team-oriented, and accountable work environment.
- Previous leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or a related operational environment.
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
- Experience supporting safety, quality, productivity, inventory control, and cost improvement initiatives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on distribution center environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) is required.
- Ability to work on-site in Edgerton, KS.
Work Environment Requirements
This position is performed in a distribution center environment and may require standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, pulling, and working around powered industrial trucks and equipment. The work environment may include fluctuating temperatures, noise, dust, odors, fumes, and other typical warehouse conditions. Personal protective equipment must be worn as required.
