Role Description The Member Success Coordinator is part time position, on-site role based in Ewa Beach and/or Kapolei, HI. This position is responsible for welcoming members and guests, managing check-in and scheduling, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience throughout each visit. Daily tasks include answering phones and emails, handling appointment reminders and follow-ups, maintaining accurate member records, and supporting the team with basic administrative duties.
The role also involves explaining services and membership options, assisting with patient education materials, and coordinating with clinical staff to help members stay on track with their care plans. The Member Success Coordinator plays a key role in building relationships, encouraging member retention, and promoting a supportive, wellness-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally with members and team members.
- Proficiency with basic office software and practice management systems, including scheduling, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and ensure consistent follow-through.
- Attention to detail in handling member information, payment processing, documentation, and follow-up communications.
- Comfort working in a health, wellness, or fitness environment and an interest in chiropractic or holistic care.
- Ability to work on-site in Ewa Beach and/or Kapolei, HI, including maintaining punctuality, reliability, and a professional appearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or experience in healthcare administration, customer service, or office coordination is a plus.
- Experience with bilingual communication or serving diverse communities is beneficial but not required.
