• Previous automotive preventive maintenance experience or formal automotive training

• Perform basic automotive services: mounting and balancing tires, tire repairs, oil changes, filter replacements, and related tasks.
• Learn additional services through training with mid and senior‑level technicians.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about vehicle status.
• Promote teamwork to meet guest expectations.
• Follow company policy on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform manual tasks such as lifting, standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods.
