** Position Summary
** Primary

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Hiring, on-boarding, training, scheduling, and assigning work to new hires
* Ensuring employees have the necessary equipment, materials, and documents to ensure successful completion of tasks
* Monitoring and adjusting resources to achieve the daily production and delivery goals
* Balancing workloads by taking readings throughout the day to achieve the appropriate level of volume by the projected time of completion
* Monitoring the work performance of each employee to ensure that quality and quantity expectations are met or exceeded
* Conducting staff meetings and verifying that daily worksheets are completed accurately and submitted on a timely basis
* Providing ongoing training and retraining of employees to ensure that they are prepared to meet or exceed the productivity standards for their function
* Utilizing a variety of reports, summaries, and procedures to project workload and resolve problems that arise during the workday
* Communicate effectively across all levels
* Analyzing information effectively to make sound business decisions
* Build high-performance teams while engaging and inspiring colleagues  Selected candidate will need to have flexibility of working 1st shift hours of 5:00am up to 4:30pm, weekends as needed, and provide 2nd shift coverage for colleagues that are on vacation  
** Required Qualifications
** 2+ years of supervisory experience
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Warehouse Management Systems experience
* MS Office experience
* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
* Ability to analyze information effectively and consistently
* Ability to complete assignments within established timelines
* Ability to complete work under general supervision
* Bachelor’s Degree

** Pay Range
** The typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
