Project Manager ​/ Estimator

• Prepare estimates, takeoffs, proposals, and bid package
• Attend job walks and evaluate project scope
• Coordinate materials, equipment, vendors, and subcontractors
• Manage project budgets, schedules, billing, and change orders
• Review project costs and monitor overall job performance
• Communicate with clients, field teams, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Support quality control and project documentation
• Assist with business development and client relationship management

• Construction industry experience preferred
• Estimating and/or project management experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with

• Experience with
  ** Bluebeam**,
  ** Buzz Bid**,
  ** Raken**, or similar software is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
