Salary/Pay Rate/CompensationMonday through Friday 8am-5pm - $18.50 per hour

- Placing and receiving phone calls, answering telephones, forwarding callers, and accepting messages per standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Creating client work orders from various sources, including telephone, fax, and web users.
- Assisting clients with questions regarding order fulfillment, available services, and general pricing while providing exceptional client service.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent, with six months or more experience in a customer service environment or call center preferred.
- Possess strong Windows‑based computer skills and excellent listening abilities.
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, with a focus on grammatically correct English.
