Your Role & Impact

• Customer Relations:
  Serve as the welcoming primary point of contact for our clients via phone, text, and email.
• Logistics & Dispatching:
  Coordinate service appointments, route calls, and efficiently manage field technician schedules.
• Data Integrity:
  Maintain precise customer records, process account updates, and keep our databases organized.
• Team Coordination:
  Closely support our sales and field teams with billing, lead management, and vital administrative tasks.
