Temporary Part Time Communications Agent

Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a Temporary Part Time Communications Agent who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.

The Communications Agent reports to the Director of Reservations and answers and directs phone calls, chats, radio requests, and faxes in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies.

What you will do:

• Responsible in providing the most efficient and courteous hotel communications service and to undertake other duties and responsibilities as required by Management.
• Answer phone & chat inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner and routing communications to the proper departments.
• An important member of the CORE Office, assisting with updating guest details for a seamless stay prior to arrival.
• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer issues; and provide general resort information as requested.

What you will bring:

• Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure
• Service passion
• Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Pay: $29.63 per hour

Schedule:

3-4 days per week, open availability preferred. This is a temporary part-time assignment starting at 3 months with the possibility of extension based on the business need of the Resort. With the benefits of a regular part-time Four Seasons employee.
