Facilities Management Lecturer

Salary Information:
Minimum for Academic Year , $2,053 per credit hour, commensurate with education and experience. Other Conditions:

• For lecturer applicant pool, part-time, pending availability of funds and actual staffing requirements.
• Must be available to teach courses online and in person, either during the day, evening, or weekend.

• Teach assigned courses in Facilities Management.
• Manage assigned course content, assignments, interactions and communications in a timely & professional manner.
• Maintain a minimum of one office hour per week for each course taught.
• Update course syllabi and assessment reports related to teaching and student feedback.
• Work under supervision of division chair/program faculty to integrate teaching efforts with other instructors in discipline area.
• Work with the program faculty to continuously improve the course content at the end of semester.
• Work with classroom multimedia and/or distance education course management system technologies.

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with equivalent professional experiences &/or certifications in relevant facilities management discipline.

• College teaching experience with demonstrated lecture and/or online teaching effectiveness.
