About the OpportunityAs a behavior specialist in a school setting, you will use play, games, and evidence‑based strategies to help children build communication, social, and life skills during each session, whether at a child’s home, our center, or in the community.
Responsibilities- Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills in a school environment.
- Bring energy and compassion to each session, following personalized plans designed by our clinical leaders.

- H.S. Diploma or GED.
- At least 6 months’ experience working with special needs in a school or related setting preferred.
- Current CPR certification preferred.
- Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated).
- Reliable transportation.
- Comfort working with diverse populations.
- Willingness to complete training and documentation.
- Ability to frequently sit and stand; keep pace with your client.
Monday‑Friday, 8:00‑3:30pm.
