Starting Pay: $20–$27 per hour, based on experience.

As a behavior specialist in a school setting, you will use play, games, and evidence‑based strategies to help children build communication, social, and life skills during each session, whether at a child’s home, our center, or in the community.

• H.S. Diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months’ experience working with special needs in a school or related setting preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated).
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Ability to frequently sit and stand; keep pace with your client.

Monday‑Friday, 8:00‑3:30pm.
