The Opportunity
Project Designer/Piping Designer at a Growth-Oriented Energy Company
- Opportunity to contribute piping design expertise to critical infrastructure projects
- Opportunity to gain additional piping design experience

- Delivers operational excellence by planning, organizing and owning work assignments from start to finish
- Reports to the Project Engineer Superintendent
- Drawing piping isometrics issued for construction using CADWorx.
- Job walks, field measurements.
- Compiling bills of materials.
- Drawing structural steel and concrete foundation designs using AutoCAD.
- Climbing ladders, going up into pipe racks, and wearing fall protection.
- This position requires organization and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and production requirements.

- Performs other duties as required and needed
To meet the basic qualifications for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. - High School diploma or GED, required.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, structural or civil engineering preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of piping design experience in Oil & Gas or manufacturing preferred.
- Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office suite programs including Word, Excel, and Access required.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, minimum of 3 years of experience required.
- Minimum 2 years CADWorx experience preferred.

The hiring range for this position is $97,000 to $121,000, plus a non-discretionary bonus. The candidate selected will be placed according to his/her skills and qualifications.
