Working alongside our Team Leads, you’ll help guide clients from application through closing by:

• Reviewing loan applications and issuing pre-approvals
• Structuring loans and evaluating borrower qualifications
• Managing an active pipeline to keep loans moving efficiently
• Communicating with borrowers, Realtors, processors, and underwriters
• Solving challenges before they impact closing timelines
• Delivering an exceptional client experience from start to finish

You’ll also have the opportunity to continue originating your own loans and grow your personal production.

• Has an active NMLS license
• Has mortgage origination experience
• Currently closes around 1-2 loans per month (or has comparable experience)
• Enjoys building relationships and serving clients
• Is organized, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative team environment
• Wants mentorship, stability, and long-term career growth
