Part-Time / Full-time Position

  • Part-time:
    Expected hours: (18-30 per week).
  • Full-time:
    Expected hours: (40 per week).
  • Must be available and flexible to work Monday-Wednesday & Friday-Saturday (some Thursdays).
  • Comprehensive paid training is provided.
  • Training period is anywhere from 4-6+ months (dependent on the employee's eagerness, skills & experience).

Role Overview

This position includes (but not limited to):

  • Patient check-in/out.
  • Boutique sales & customer service.
  • Reviewing patient health forms.
  • Patient recalls & scheduling.
  • Patient communications.
  • Glasses & contact lens ordering.
  • Product receiving & dispensing.
  • Eyewear repairs & adjustments.
  • Team coordination & communication.
  • Patient education.
  • Patient documentation/charting for medical records.
  • Supporting Clinical workflow with patient pre-testing & triage.
