Job Summary

• Assist guests during check‑in and check‑out
• Handle phone and face‑to‑face interactions
• Provide directions, schedules and resort services information
• Handle large volumes of money and various payment methods
• Maintain professional image and guest privacy
• Remain calm in stressful situations and follow emergency procedures
• Stationed at both the Front Desk and the Porte Cochere area, ready to assist guests 24/7

• Proficient in English and Japanese
• Previous cash handling experience
• Previous computer experience
• Ability to perform in a fast‑paced and stressful environment
• Self‑managed multitasking skills
• Self‑confident service‑recovery approach
• Enthusiastic about interacting and helping guests
• Willing to follow instructions and take direction
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Full availability any shift, 7 days per week, nights, weekends, holidays

• Knowledge of Hawaiian language
• Experience in a Hotel or Front Desk setting
• Experience in a high‑volume office environment
• Leadership experience
• Experience in Hawaiian tourism or hospitality
