Bell and Valet cast members will assist arriving and departing guests with their vehicles, including, but not limited to shuttles, buses and other transportation, and driving all types of guest vehicles. During 3rd shift, Cast Member may be required to perform job functions for both roles.

• Park and drive vehicles.
• Manage parking areas (barricades, directing traffic, etc.).
• Transport guests to various locations.
• Transport guest luggage including but not limited to Rooms/Vehicles/Storage.
• Care and store guest property.
• Deliver items to guest rooms, including newspapers, express check‑outs, and other guest deliveries (i.e., flowers, packages/boxes).
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and a high level of guest service expectations.
• Greet guests with a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude.
• Proactively address guest needs by answering questions, giving directions and other information regarding the hotel, resort, or surrounding areas.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (no tickets/accidents/moving violations in the past 12 months) for Valet position.
• Ability to drive manual/automatic transmission for Valet position.
• Works indoors and outdoors in all kinds of weather, including extreme temperatures and high humidity.

• Previous experience in a Hotel/Resort environment preferred.
• Previous experience working in a parking facility with type service (airports, business office building, private parking structures) preferred.
• Knowledge of Hawaiian/Japanese language preferred.

Full Time – full availability is required seven (7) days per week, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

The pay rate for this role in Hawaii is $21.26 per hour, plus gratuities. Select benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
