In this role, you will work on Mission force, Salesforce products supporting mission-critical work across the U.S. Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community, Aerospace, and Allied Nations. You will help create new design patterns and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to bring bold ideas to life.
You will lead the team in shaping and articulating a compelling product vision, applying expert visualization skills, thought leadership, and close partnership with product and technology leaders. You will immerse yourself in the full end-to-end experience design process, from storyboards and journey maps to high-fidelity mockups and functional prototypes.

Mission Impact and Responsibilities- Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and best practices.
- Experimental Mindset (Plus):
Experience or a strong interest in leveraging AI tools (like Cursor, Replit, or LLMs) to explore, prototype, or automate design workflows. - Prototyping & Curiosity: A track record of going beyond static mocks to explore how emerging tech can solve user problems.
- Systems Thinking:
Ability to see a project's larger ecosystem and focus on end-to-end user flow improvements. - Strategic Influence:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, persuade others, and build consensus on projects with ambiguity. - Craft & Visual Excellence:
Expert knowledge of current design tools such as Figma, with the ability to quickly learn new tools as they emerge. - Communication:
Strong active listening skills with the ability to build close, trusting relationships across Engineering and Product Management. - Ethics & Equality:
An internal compass toward ethics, ensuring AI-driven experiences are designed with responsibility and inclusivity at the core.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience designing and delivering products from start to finish as part of a cross-functional team.
- Experience working in or adjacent to secure environments.
- Ability to travel as needed to customer sites.
