As a Route Optimization Specialist
, you will play a critical role in ensuring flawless execution by coordinating equipment, tools, and resources aligned with operational requirements. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to enhance asset utilization, improve planning efficiency, and support successful service delivery.

In this role you will leverage your operational expertise to optimize resource allocation, streamline logistics, and ensure the availability of equipment and materials. You will contribute to improving efficiency, reducing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating preparation and availability of equipment, tools, products, and spares based on job requirements and technical plans
  • Optimizing asset utilization by aligning with AMO capacity, inventory availability, and supply‑chain capabilities
  • Supporting planning and execution of service delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient job completion
  • Collaborating closely with AMO teams, Service Delivery Coordinators, and Material Management teams
  • Monitoring inventory levels and supporting sourcing plans to ensure material availability
  • Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, logistics, and resource allocation
  • Ensuring compliance with company HSE, quality, and operational standards
Qualifications
  • Experience in service delivery, operations planning, logistics, or inventory management
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams
  • Good understanding of asset utilization, supply‑chain processes, and operational planning
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

This position requires valid work authorization in the country of employment. The employer is unable to sponsor work authorization for this role at any time.

The annual pay scale for this position is between $92,010.00 and $.

Candidates for this role (office‑based/hybrid/remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above.

You will be eligible to participate in Company‑sponsored benefit programs, including health & welfare programs and the Thrift Plan (401k). You will have a choice of coverage options that best suit your needs.

You will be eligible to participate in the Baker Hughes Short‑term incentive plan applicable to the above position. The actual payout for your short‑term incentive award will be based on company and individual performance and is contingent upon Baker Hughes achieving pre‑determined financial results.

This position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package, which can be found here, and is further eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses subject to the terms of the applicable benefit plans or policies.
