Parts & Service Representative

Pacific Golf & Turf is the Northwest’s premium supplier of John Deere and turf care products to Golf Course and Sports Turf facilities. We are seeking an organized, experienced Parts & Service Assistant who has a commitment to customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills and mechanical experience. • Sell OEM and aftermarket parts for all brands supported at Pacific Golf & Turf
• Utilize various computer programs, schematics, and parts libraries to locate and sell parts
• Respond to emails, phone calls, and walk-in customers for Parts, Service, and Sales
• Create a professional and positive experience for customers
• Follow up with customers in a timely manner
• Assist with processing repair orders and quotes
• Work with management to help gain new customers
• Maintain accurate and reliable records
• Assist in shipping and receiving of equipment and parts
• Assist service technician with repairs
• Pick up and delivery of customer equipment/carts (company vehicles provided)
• Work 40 hours per week with possible overtime based on customer and seasonal demands
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment for customers and employees
• Work with management to achieve parts goals
• Additional duties as assigned by leadership

• John Deere equipment parts experience preferred
• 2 years of additional parts experience preferred
• Golf course experience a plus
• HS diploma or equivalent;
  College degree, preferred
• General office skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Clean driving record and insurable
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics a plus
• Mechanical aptitude/experience
• Able to read/interpret written and verbal instructions
• Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Successful candidate will have a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a team

Day Shift: Monday – Friday

Wages
- Starting at $25+ /hour DOE
