The General Manager will play a pivotal leadership role in guiding the Club through its next phase of growth, operational excellence, and strategic development.
POSITION SUMMARYThe General Manager (GM) serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Maui Country Club and is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and day-to-day operations of the Club. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the GM is a visible, engaged, and relationship-driven leader who ensures exceptional member experiences, financial stewardship, and operational excellence across all departments.
This role requires a hands-on executive who can balance governance, hospitality, capital project oversight, and team leadership while preserving the Club’s culture and values. The GM will work closely with the Board, Committees, and Department Heads to implement strategic initiatives and ensure the Club’s long-term sustainability and success.
