Finisher - Hawaii

Description

The Finisher is a key position at Jensen Infrastructure. You are the last stop for quality and detail of our product before it leaves our facility. Working both indoors and outdoors you will perform diligent work to make sure our product is exactly as our customer has ordered it.

Reporting to our Production Supervisor, you’ll primarily work with the quality control, production, and yard teams.

A highlight of your day-to-day will include:

• Performing repairs or changes to products based on production drawings or quality standards.
• Reading production drawings and use a tape to measure accurately and precisely.
• Recognizing whether the product meets quality standards.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

You’re enthusiastic and motivated in a fast-paced environment. You pay close attention to details, and you take pride in your work. If you see something that doesn’t look right, you aren’t afraid to bring it up and then help to fix it. You don’t take shortcuts. You’re safety conscious not just for yourself, but for your team.
