• Collaborate with leadership teams to analyze trends in survey outcomes and recommend improvements.
• All facilities have stable leadership, so this is a true regional role and not a float DON

• Experience
  : 5+ years of Director of Nursing experience in a SNF/LTC setting.
• Prior regional experience preferred
• Success in improving survey results with state and federal regulations in a SNF/LTC setting
• Education
  :
  Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensure
  :
  Must have an RN license in any state and the ability to obtain a HI license
