Pallet Quality Coordinator – Permanent Full Time

Location:

Kapolei, Hawaii.

Ryder is looking for a dedicated Pallet Quality Coordinator to join our warehouse manufacturing facility. This role involves ensuring product quality, monitoring inspection processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.

• Apply and maintain quality requirements and standards for development and manufacturing products.
• Serve as the primary Quality Assurance resource to department supervisor(s) for problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement.
• Execute and analyze quality‑reporting measures.
• Report to management on quality issues, trends, and losses.
• Participate in quality audits.
• Ensure product quality to meet customer, state, and federal guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years or more in manufacturing or a fast‑paced warehouse setting.
• Knowledge of inspection and control methods, techniques, and documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Flexibility to operate in and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.
• Strong computer skills including QA applications, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Skills in math, personal computers, and spreadsheets.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and standards.
