PROPERTY MANAGER III - KAHULUI AIRPORT, MAUI

Salary: $4,961 to $6,043 per month (SR-20, Step D to I)

Duties Summary

• Independently performs a variety of work of average scope and complexity in the management of real properties and facilities.
• Performs other related duties as required.
• Engages in acquisition or sale, property evaluation, preparation and solicitation of bids, establishment of rental rates, selection of tenants, and protection and maintenance of business, commercial, or industrial real property.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

• Legal authorization to work: citizen, national, or permanent resident alien of the United States, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment.
• Basic education: a bachelor's degree from an accredited four‑year college or university.
• Specialized experience: one and one half years of progressively responsible professional work experience in property management, with experience in business, commercial, or industrial real property management.
• Substitutions: relevant substitutions as described in the minimum qualification requirements will apply.
• Federal criminal history records check: must not have been convicted of a disqualifying offense within 10 years prior to application.
