Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina is looking for an On Call Server Assistant who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.

The Server Assistant reports to the Restaurant General Manager and serves guest needs by assisting the Food Server and completing guest requests.

What You Will Do
  • Clear, clean and set‑up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; greet guests, provide water, bread and butter service according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.
  • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
  • Stock linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.
  • Breakdown, clean and set‑up buffets and food stations.
What You Will Bring
  • Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Candidates should have at least 1‑year previous experience in a similar position in a luxury environment.
  • Must be experienced in the areas of communication and computer skills.
  • Service Passion
  • Requires attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
  • Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
