Cashier​/Sales Associates Kapolei STORE; of Oahu PART TIME

Reporting to the Store Manager, the employee provides quality customer service by ensuring prompt, friendly, and courteous service. Responsibilities include cashiering, housekeeping, and stocking duties.

• Provides quality customer service by greeting each customer promptly and courteously.
• Performs cashiering duties according to AIM Cash Policy.
• Follows Techniques of Alcohol Management (TAM) policies and procedures.
• Adheres to Tobacco Sale policies and procedures.
• Follows security and safety policies and procedures.
• Checks in new merchandise timely.
• Performs stocking and pricing duties.
• Maintains a clean store environment through housekeeping duties.

• Provides prompt, friendly customer service.
• Performs cashiering duties per AIM Cash Policy.
• Follows security and safety protocols.
• Performs housekeeping as assigned.

• Attends monthly store meetings.
• Participates in training classes.

• Checks in new merchandise and performs stocking/pricing as needed.
• Cleans gasoline pumps as required.
• Performs miscellaneous housekeeping duties.
• Assists in covering other locations as assigned.
• Performs other duties as necessary.

• Mathematical ability for cash handling.
• Ability to provide prompt and friendly customer service.
• Ability to perform stock/inventory duties.
• Ability to perform housekeeping duties.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of Sales Associates Training Class (BSAT).
• On-the-job training provided.

• No prior experience required.

• Indoor store environment and outdoor work as needed.

• Cash register, gas console, coffee maker, safe, pricing gun, and cleaning supplies.

• Varied hours including full-time and part-time options.
• Availability on Sundays and Saturdays with flexible shifts.

• Mental:
  Attention to detail, concentration, alertness, math skills.
• Physical:
  Standing, handling, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Communication:
  Interacting with customers, co-workers, and vendors.
