Overview

As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively sell products, and providing support and guidance. You will use fashion and product knowledge to give customers the information they need for the best experience. You will also work on garment refill and care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with the store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store and the OMNI experience where available
• Engage with customers to deliver outstanding service and promote products
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products across all store areas
• Promote and sell products effectively and support sales targets with the store management team
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Represent the H&M brand positively in all customer interactions
• Assist with garment care, stocking, merchandising, and store presentation following visual and commercial guidelines
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practices
• Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, including stockrooms
• Maintain good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor
• Support with opening and closing of the store and follow health and safety guidelines
