Key Lead - Ka Makana Ali', Hollister

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, driving store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales
• Build and maintain Visual Displays
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making
• Protect Store Assets and perform Inventory Control
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values

Schedule will vary weekly, but expects 12‑16 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. During peak time frames, hours will increase to support business needs.

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred or equivalent
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred; supervisory/management experience not required
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred
• Strong customer focus and exceptional interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of current fashion trends
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive
• Take initiative, show confidence, adaptability, and flexibility
• Balance multiple tasks while being detail‑oriented

The starting rate for this position is $18.70 per hour.
